Terms of Use

Effective date: July 27, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of MailWatch, including the MailWatch application, website, APIs, and related services.

MailWatch is provided under the Screets brand and operated by Fatih Beytar, based in Türkiye (“Screets,” “MailWatch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating a MailWatch account, connecting an email account, or otherwise using MailWatch, you agree to these Terms and the MailWatch Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use MailWatch.

1. Eligibility

You may use MailWatch only if:

• you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
• you meet the minimum age required by applicable law;
• you are permitted to use the Apple and Google accounts you connect;
• your use of MailWatch is not prohibited by applicable law.

MailWatch is not directed to children under 13.

If you use MailWatch on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that business or organization to these Terms.

2. The MailWatch Service

MailWatch helps users monitor selected email conversations by creating Watchlists that describe which messages or conversations should be tracked.

Depending on the available features, MailWatch may:

• connect to Gmail;
• evaluate email messages and threads against Watchlist instructions;
• identify matching conversations;
• summarize and organize tracked conversations;
• synchronize tracked conversations with Gmail;
• display message and conversation information;
• allow users to send replies;
• perform Gmail actions at the user's direction;
• provide AI-assisted classifications, summaries, and suggestions.

MailWatch does not guarantee that every relevant email will be identified or that every identified email will be relevant.

Features may change as MailWatch develops.

3. Your MailWatch Account

MailWatch currently uses Sign in with Apple for account authentication.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the security of your Apple account and devices;
• preventing unauthorized use of your MailWatch session;
• providing accurate information where requested;
• promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not transfer, rent, sell, sublicense, or improperly share access to your MailWatch account.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity resulted directly from a security failure for which MailWatch is legally responsible.

4. Connecting Gmail

To use Gmail-related features, you must authorize MailWatch through Google's OAuth authorization process.

You control whether a Gmail account is connected. You may revoke access through MailWatch or through your Google Account settings.

By connecting a Gmail account, you represent that:

• the Gmail account belongs to you or you are authorized to manage it;
• you authorize MailWatch to access the information covered by the permissions shown during Google authorization;
• you authorize MailWatch to process Gmail information to provide the features described in the application;
• you authorize MailWatch to perform user-directed Gmail actions presented in the application.

Google may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue its APIs, permissions, or authorization requirements.

Some MailWatch features may stop working if Google access:

• is revoked;
• expires;
• becomes unavailable;
• no longer includes required permissions;
• is restricted by Google or a Google Workspace administrator.

Your use of Gmail remains subject to Google's terms and policies.

5. Watchlists and Matching

Watchlists are instructions supplied by you.

You are responsible for reviewing whether a Watchlist accurately describes the conversations you want MailWatch to track.

MailWatch uses automated and AI-assisted processing. As a result:

• relevant messages may be missed;
• unrelated messages may be matched;
• summaries may omit important details;
• messages may be classified differently from what you expected;
• synchronization or processing may be delayed;
• provider or network failures may temporarily prevent processing.

MailWatch must not be your only method for monitoring:

• legal deadlines;
• financial obligations;
• medical information;
• emergencies;
• security alerts;
• employment obligations;
• regulatory notices;
• other urgent or time-sensitive communications.

You remain responsible for reviewing your original Gmail account and acting on important communications.

6. Artificial Intelligence Results

MailWatch may use artificial intelligence to classify, summarize, organize, or extract information from email conversations.

AI-generated output may be:

• inaccurate;
• incomplete;
• delayed;
• outdated;
• misleading;
• different from your intended interpretation.

AI-generated output does not constitute legal, financial, medical, tax, employment, security, or other professional advice.

You must review important information in the original email before relying on an AI-generated result or taking action.

MailWatch does not use Google user data to create, train, fine-tune, or improve generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

7. Replies and User-Directed Actions

MailWatch may allow you to send replies or perform actions affecting Gmail messages.

Before confirming an action, you are responsible for reviewing:

• the Gmail account being used;
• recipients;
• message content;
• attachments, where supported;
• the conversation context;
• the effect of actions such as archive, Trash, spam, restore, or other supported state changes.

Once an action has been sent to Gmail, MailWatch may not be able to reverse it.

You are responsible for communications and actions that you knowingly authorize through MailWatch.

MailWatch does not guarantee delivery, receipt, acceptance, or reversal of an email or Gmail action.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use MailWatch to:

• violate any law, regulation, court order, or contractual obligation;
• access an email account without authorization;
• impersonate another person or organization;
• send spam, phishing messages, malware, or deceptive communications;
• harass, threaten, exploit, or harm another person;
• interfere with MailWatch or attempt to bypass its security controls;
• probe, scan, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attack MailWatch systems except where expressly permitted by law;
• misuse Apple, Google, Cloudflare, or other third-party services;
• collect or process information in violation of privacy, employment, communications, confidentiality, or surveillance laws;
• resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute MailWatch without written authorization;
• use Google user data to create, train, fine-tune, or improve a generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model;
• use MailWatch for surveillance or data-broker activities;
• use MailWatch for any purpose inconsistent with Google API policies;
• place an unreasonable or abusive load on MailWatch infrastructure;
• attempt to access another user's account or data.

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect users, comply with law, or protect MailWatch and its service providers.

9. Your Content and Permissions

You retain your rights in Watchlist instructions, replies, drafts, and other content you submit through MailWatch.

You grant MailWatch a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and transform that content only as necessary to:

• provide MailWatch;
• perform actions you request;
• synchronize connected services;
• maintain security;
• troubleshoot technical issues;
• comply with applicable law;
• establish or defend legal rights.

This permission ends when the relevant content or account is deleted, except where limited retention is reasonably required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or system integrity.

You represent that you have the rights and authority necessary to provide and process content through MailWatch.

10. Privacy

The MailWatch Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, collected, used, stored, shared, protected, and deleted.

By using MailWatch, you acknowledge the processing described in the Privacy Policy.

Where a feature involves processing personal information through an artificial-intelligence or other service provider, MailWatch will provide disclosures and obtain authorization or consent where required.

11. Disconnecting a Gmail Account

You may disconnect an individual Gmail account at any time.

Disconnecting is destructive for MailWatch data associated with that Gmail account. It permanently removes or invalidates:

• stored Gmail authorization credentials;
• tracked conversations associated with that Gmail account;
• memberships connecting those conversations to Watchlists;
• account-specific Gmail History cursors;
• initial-backfill information;
• synchronization and processing state.

Disconnecting one Gmail account does not delete:

• your MailWatch user account;
• your Watchlists;
• other connected Gmail accounts;
• conversations belonging to other Gmail accounts;
• your MailWatch session.

You are responsible for reviewing the confirmation shown before disconnecting a Gmail account.

Disconnecting Gmail is different from deleting your complete MailWatch account.

12. MailWatch Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your MailWatch account through MailWatch Settings.

You are not required to:

• contact support;
• disconnect Gmail accounts individually;
• delete Watchlists individually;
• sign out before initiating deletion.

Deleting your MailWatch account permanently removes, subject only to legally required or otherwise permitted limited retention:

• your MailWatch account;
• active MailWatch sessions;
• connected Gmail account records;
• stored Gmail authorization credentials;
• Watchlists and Watchlist settings;
• tracked conversations and their Watchlist memberships;
• drafts, preferences, and other MailWatch content;
• synchronization, initial-backfill, and account-processing state.

MailWatch also revokes the Sign in with Apple authorization associated with the deleted account.

After successful account deletion:

• your existing MailWatch sessions will no longer work;
• queued or delayed processing associated with the deleted account cannot recreate its MailWatch data;
• the application returns to a signed-out state;
• signing in again creates a new MailWatch account;
• previously deleted MailWatch information is not automatically restored.

Deleting your account is different from:

• signing out;
• deleting a Watchlist;
• disconnecting one Gmail account.

Account deletion cannot be undone.

Limited records may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or the establishment or defense of legal rights.

13. Third-Party Services

MailWatch relies on third-party services, including Apple, Google, and Cloudflare.

We do not control and are not responsible for:

• changes to third-party APIs;
• third-party outages;
• third-party account restrictions;
• authorization failures;
• third-party terms or privacy practices;
• data or actions occurring independently inside third-party services;
• changes made by a Google Workspace administrator;
• interruptions caused by third-party security or policy enforcement.

Your use of those services is governed by their applicable agreements and policies.

14. Service Availability and Changes

MailWatch may be modified, updated, interrupted, suspended, restricted, or discontinued.

We may:

• add, modify, or remove features;
• change technical or usage limits;
• limit the number of connected Gmail accounts or Watchlists;
• change supported providers or platforms;
• perform maintenance;
• introduce paid plans;
• impose reasonable security, abuse-prevention, or resource restrictions;
• discontinue features that depend on unavailable third-party services.

We will provide notice where required by law or where a material change significantly affects existing paid service rights.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, immediate, secure, or error-free availability.

15. Paid Features and Subscriptions

MailWatch may offer paid purchases or subscriptions in the future.

If paid features are offered:

• pricing, duration, renewal terms, and included features will be shown before purchase;
• purchases made through Apple will be processed under Apple's applicable payment and subscription terms;
• auto-renewable subscriptions will continue until cancelled through Apple;
• deleting the MailWatch application does not cancel an App Store subscription;
• disconnecting Gmail does not cancel an App Store subscription;
• signing out does not cancel an App Store subscription;
• deleting your MailWatch account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription;
• before account deletion, an active subscriber will be informed that Apple billing may continue;
• an active subscriber will be offered a way to manage the subscription;
• immediate MailWatch account deletion will remain available even if the subscription has not yet been cancelled;
• an option to schedule deletion after subscription expiration may be offered in the future, but it will not replace the immediate-deletion option;
• refunds will be handled according to applicable law and the payment platform's policies.

Additional purchase terms shown before checkout become part of these Terms.

16. Intellectual Property

MailWatch, Screets, and their software, design, branding, documentation, interfaces, and original content are owned by Fatih Beytar or its licensors.

These Terms grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use MailWatch in accordance with these Terms.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of MailWatch or its intellectual property to you.

Apple, Gmail, Google, Cloudflare, and other third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

17. Feedback

If you submit feedback, ideas, suggestions, or feature requests, you permit us to use them without restriction or compensation.

This does not grant us ownership of your private email content, personal information, Watchlists, replies, or other private account content.

18. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using MailWatch at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• you materially violate these Terms;
• your use creates a security, privacy, operational, or legal risk;
• you misuse connected third-party services;
• continued service is prohibited by law;
• a required third-party service becomes unavailable;
• we reasonably believe the account is being used without authorization;
• MailWatch or the relevant feature is discontinued.

Where reasonable and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute provisions, and legal obligations.

19. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MailWatch is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that:

• MailWatch will always be available;
• email synchronization will be immediate;
• every relevant email will be detected;
• every match will be correct;
• every unrelated email will be excluded;
• summaries or AI-generated output will be accurate;
• replies or Gmail actions will always succeed;
• third-party services will remain available;
• data loss or unauthorized access can never occur;
• MailWatch will satisfy a particular business, legal, regulatory, or professional requirement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fatih Beytar and its affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business, opportunity, goodwill, or data.

MailWatch is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for losses resulting from:

• missed, delayed, or incorrectly matched emails;
• inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed AI output;
• user-authorized replies or Gmail actions;
• reliance on MailWatch as the sole method for monitoring important communications;
• unauthorized access caused by compromised user accounts, credentials, or devices;
• third-party service failures or restrictions;
• failure to review the original email;
• interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of third-party APIs.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability relating to MailWatch will be limited to the greater of:

• the amount you paid for MailWatch during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
• USD $100.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fatih Beytar from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• your unlawful use of MailWatch;
• your material violation of these Terms;
• your unauthorized connection or use of another person's email account;
• content or communications you submit or send;
• actions you authorize through MailWatch;
• your infringement or violation of another person's rights.

This section does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law.

22. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any mandatory consumer-protection rights or jurisdiction rules applicable in the country or region where you live remain unaffected.

Before initiating a formal claim, please contact us through our Contact page and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent or protective relief where legally available.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect:

• feature changes;
• legal or regulatory requirements;
• security needs;
• changes to third-party services;
• changes to paid plans;
• operational changes.

Where required, material changes will be communicated before they take effect.

Continued use of MailWatch after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using MailWatch and may delete your account.
